Within a month, we viewed 3 homes in the Kitchener/Waterloo and Guelph area, signed the lease, got the keys and moved in! We advised Lindsey that we were interested in one of the houses we saw and provided all the necessary information. Lindsey handled the rest! I can't say enough good things about Mike V. D and his team. When we found the perfect downsized home Mike and Lindsay drew up an offer that worked for us and the seller.  When accepted we had to sell our home quickly, without giving it away.  We got it on the market quickly and sold in less than 5 days for asking!  This was due to all the hard work from the team and their incredible knowledge with respect to the Guelph real estate market.  Couldn't have asked for better.
